'Uncried Sorrows'

Encaustic on Cradled Board

48" x 48" x 1.5"

$5000

Working collaboratively, this large encaustic (beex wax, damar resin, and pigment) painting was based on the poem titled, 'after psm. 51 - in the am' by Denver poet, Wayne A. Gilbert.  Yellow peaks out from the grey textured surface while the various hues of red separates the picture plane.  The lower white area has hints of iridescent and gold.
